Oh Hyun-Sook

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out how art psychotherapy classes in real-time video classes affect college students' interpersonal relationships, communication, and depression in COVID-19 situations. The subjects of the study were 128 college students from H University located in S-city as experimental groups, and a total of 13 programs were conducted once every three weeks in 2021 for 90 minutes. The research tool was developed by Warner (2007) and used by PSI Consulting Co., Ltd. in Korea, and applied to the study by Jeong Tae-young (2010), and Heo Kyung-ho (2003) used the Global Communication Competition Scale (1961). This study examined the pre- and post-change processes on the effects of research participants on interpersonal relationships, communication, and depression by applying the program composition and using tests. In addition, the change by program session was confirmed through a self-journal. The results of the study confirmed that art psychotherapy classes in real-time video classes had a positive effect on college students' interpersonal relationships, communication, and depression, and that art therapy programs had the therapeutic effect of group groups. This study is meaningful in that it attempted to empirically verify the effectiveness of art psychotherapy classes through the online video class method conducted non-face-to-face.
